VOGUE FEM is the most feminine style of voguing. The basic elements of Vogue Femme are hands performance, duck walk, cat walk, floor performance and spin & dip. Vogue Femme can be fluid and / or dynamic, it is about essence and expression of one´s own body and sensuality.

In this two-hour workshop, ballroom performer Danil Vitkovski introduces us to the basics of Vogue Femme.

Danil Vitkovski aka Danil De La Ehle Sarmata is a voguer from Ukraine. Despite his young age of 21 he is one of the most recognizable ballroom performers in Europe. He is a member of the International house of De La Ehlé and Father of the first vogue house in Warsaw – the Kiki House of Sarmata. He began his dance adventure eleven years ago, for the last eight years he specialized in Vogue. Danil headlined workshops and judged balls in Poland, Germany, Norway, Spain, Slovakia, Croatia, Ukraine, and Hungary. He won trophies at balls all over Europe but also in New York and Philadelphia. He worked for art institutions in Poland and the United States. Currently, he lives in Warsaw and works as a dancer and choreographer, organizing balls.

The workshop is free of charge. Please make a donation to Kyiv Pride if you would like to participate or donate via QR-Code on the day of the workshop.

All donations go to Kyiv Pride, a Ukrainian non-governmental organization supporting full respect for human rights for LGBT+ in Ukraine. In the current state of war, the organization supports the Ukrainian queer community e.g. by providing free legal advice and raising awareness for the impact of the war on the LBGT+ community in Ukraine.

VOGUE FEM ist der femininste Voguing-Stil. Die Grundelemente von Vogue Femme sind Hands Performance, Duck Walk, Cat Walk, Floor Performance und Spin & Dip. Vogue Femme kann fließend und / oder dynamisch sein, es geht um die Essenz und den Ausdruck des eigenen Körpers und seiner Sinnlichkeit.

In diesem zweistündigen Workshop führt uns Ballroom-Performer Danil Vitkovski in die Grundlagen des Vogue Femme ein.

Danil Vitkovski alias Danil De La Ehle Sarmata ist ein Voguer aus der Ukraine. Obwohl er erst 21 Jahre alt ist, ist er einer der bekanntesten Ballroom-Performer Europas. Er ist Mitglied des International house of De La Ehlé und Vater des ersten Voguing Hauses in Warschau – dem Kiki House of Sarmata. Danil tanzt seit elf Jahren, in den letzten acht Jahren spezialisierte er sich auf Voguing. Danil leitete Workshops und trat als Jury-Mitglied bei Bällen in Polen, Deutschland, Norwegen, Spanien, der Slowakei, Kroatien, der Ukraine und Ungarn auf. Er gewann Bälle in ganz Europa, aber auch in New York und Philadelphia. Er arbeitete für Kunstinstitutionen in Polen und den USA. Derzeit lebt er in Warschau, arbeitet als Tänzer und Choreograph und organisiert Bälle.

Zur Teilnahme am Workshop ist eine Voranmeldung erforderlich.

Der Workshop wird auf Spendenbasis angeboten- im Vorfeld an Kyiv Pride oder auch am Tag des Workshops über QR Code möglich.

Alle Spenden gehen an Kyiv Pride, eine ukrainische NGO, die sich für die uneingeschränkte Achtung der Menschenrechte für LGBT+ in der Ukraine einsetzt. In der aktuellen Kriegssituation unterstützt die Organisation die ukrainische Queer-Community u.a. durch kostenlose Rechtsberatung und internationale Aufklärungsarbeit über die Auswirkungen des Krieges auf die LBGT+ Community in der Ukraine.
